Twitter being the most effective modern communication tool in today\u2019s activities, both personal and professional has enabled many of us into staying constantly updated. <\/p>\n
President Paul Kagame is well known for being very active on twitter.<\/p>\n
Many other government institutions such as the Prime Minister\u2019s office and the Ministry of Health, Twitter it has been a very useful and effective tool of approaching and meeting the people\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n
This first open Minicom Twitter session\u2019s aim is to enable people to ask any question about anything they would like to know as well as contributing in a way or another.<\/p>\n
Hon. Kanimba Francois said: \u201cMinicom is eager to take full advantage of all modern communication tools to communicate with Rwandans and non-Rwandans alike about what the ministry does, why we do it and how well we are doing against the high standards we set for ourselves\u201d<\/p>\n
