{Two brothers from Shara cell of Kagano sector, Nyamasheke district, have been accused of having conspired to kill their mother Mukandahirwa Th\u00e9r\u00e8se. She was 45.

\nIt is said that they killed own mother after hitting her with blunt material on head.<\/p>\n

The mayor of Nyamasheke district, Kamali Aim\u00e9e Fabien has confirmed to IGIHE that Mukandahirwa Th\u00e9r\u00e8se was killed in the night of August 8th 2016. <\/p>\n

\u201c We can\u2019t confirm they have killed her since the investigation is underway but the two young men slept in the same house in the night, confirmed by the youngest son of the deceased,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He explained that the eldest son lives in Kigali and had returned home to ask her mother Rwf 400,000 to process a driving license but disappeared after the death of his mother.<\/p>\n

Kamali says that they learnt about the death after missing her for many hours.
\nThe youngest son is detained at Kanjongo police station.<\/p>\n
