He said the decision was aimed at improving service delivery at the hospital which serves hundreds of patients, particularly from poor families.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe use of mobile phones is prohibited until further notice,\u201d he declared, warning the workers to abstain from corrupt acts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAsking bribes from patients is a painful act.<\/p>\n<p>I want you to change and provide quick services to patients,\u201d he said.
