Residents of Nkungu and Nyakarenzo sectors will be firstly settled in the model village.<\/p>\n<p>One house is expected to cost between Ref 10 and 15 million.<\/p>\n<p>The mayor of Rusizi district, Harerimana Frederic says that the initiative is meant to bring together residents to facilitate access to infrastructures.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to build a model village bringing together scattered residents to ease access to infrastructures.
