{"id":27264,"date":"2016-07-27T07:37:19","date_gmt":"2016-07-27T07:37:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/two-executive-secretaries-arrested\/"},"modified":"2016-07-31T01:56:19","modified_gmt":"2016-07-31T01:56:19","slug":"two-executive-secretaries-arrested","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/two-executive-secretaries-arrested\/","title":{"rendered":"Two executive secretaries arrested"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{Two sector executive secretaries including Tuyisenge Henriette of Kibeho and Nsanzintwali C\u00e9lestin Rusenge sectors in Nyaruguru of district, Southern Province are detained under police custody over misappropriation of resources meant for Girinka and VUP programs.}<\/p>\n<p>They were arrested after residents\u2019 complaints accusing the two leaders to have solicited bribes in distribution and selling cows in Girinka program at a time when they were cell executive secretaries. <\/p>\n<p>The police spokesperson in Southern Province, Hubert Gashagaza has told IGIHE that they were arrested on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBoth sector executive secretaries were arrested on Monday over alleged crimes of misappropriating Girinka and VUP fund. They are held as police as investigation is underway,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The mayor of Nyaruguru district, Habitegeko Fran\u00e7ois has called on leaders to work for the interest of citizens other than selfish ends. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe duo is being investigated.
