Patrick Ndau was convicted by Balaka Magistrates Court slapped him an eight months jail term.<\/p>\n
Police had charged him with the offense of conducting himself in a manner likely to cause breach of peace.<\/p>\n
Sub Inspector Mercy Chande, prosecuting, told the court that Ndau would undress himself and start stroking his genitals whenever he was close to the female German nation to give himself sexual pleasure.<\/p>\n
Chande told the court, the conduct \u201chappened on several occasions.\u201d<\/p>\n
The prosecutor said the German woman, who complained to Police, \u201c used to think that the convict was a mentally disturbed person.\u201d<\/p>\n
Magistrate Maxwell Boaz opted for a custodial sentence for Ndau, saying he shamed Malawi.<\/p>\n
But when a local newspaper visited Ndau, he said the Magistrate was \u201charsh\u201d to cage him for eight months.<\/p>\n
\u201cI want help so that I can appeal against the sentence, I feel it was excessive,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Ndau says he has a family to look after.<\/p>\n
