There are so many reasons you didn\u2019t get the job that you shouldn\u2019t blame on yourself.<\/p>\n<p>{{1. Incompetent interviewer }} <\/p>\n<p> An incompetent or partial interviewer might not bring out the best in you or rate you favourably even when you did well in the interview.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the company\u2019s hiring system might be flawed. Not every recruiting company have a recruiting system that would select the best candidate, and when this happens, it\u2019s no fault of yours.<\/p>\n<p>{{2. In-house selection }} <\/p>\n<p>A lot of the times companies do in-house recruitment, but still advertise the job on offer. When this is done (which you wouldn\u2019t even know), you shouldn\u2019t blame yourself for not getting the job.<\/p>\n<p>{{3. Too many strong candidates for limited job }}<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes, interviewers get confused on who best deserves the job; especially in a case where there are so many good candidates with limited job openings. It isn\u2019t your fault when this happens.<\/p>\n<p>{{4. Your qualifications doesn&#8217;t match the job }} <\/p>\n<p>You could be a fresh graduate without enough experience that\u2019s needed for the job, or your qualification doesn\u2019t totally match what the recruiter feels is necessary for the job.
