A survey conducted by Police indicates that children who die from drowning fall in water, while adult people are absent or preoccupied with other activities.<\/p>\n
\u201cDrowning can be prevented when parents and guardians ensure that children are never left on their own,\u201d Police spokesperson Superintendent Theos Badege said.<\/p>\n
