The inaugurated infrastructures include a water supply system and 12 houses for vulnerable genocide survivors in Mageragere Sector;  Biryogo- Agatare stone paved road;  a ravine and feeder road in Nyamirambo sector; a minimarket in Kimisigara as well as an office building for Nyakabanda Sector.}<\/p>\n<p>The construction works, especially the houses for vulnerable genocide survivors, the stone paved road,  the ravine and feeder road, were executed  by the RDF Reserve Force in collaboration with Nyarugenge District.<\/p>\n<p>In his remarks, the Kigali City Vice Mayor in charge of economy and development, Mr Busangizwa Parfait congratulated Nyarugenge District Authorities and the Rwanda Defence Force for completing such projects. He urged the local community to protect the new infrastructures in order to keep clean their city.  <\/p>\n<p>In his key note address, the RDF Reserve Force Chief of Staff, Lt Gen Fred Ibingira expressed his gratitude to the District Authorities and the community for cooperation on security and development. \u201cThese roads and different infrastructures constructed for environment protection could not be achieved without cooperation between RDF, District authorities and citizens\u2019\u2019, Gen Ibingira said; before adding that \u201cit is our responsibility to transform our lives and develop our country\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The local community thanked the Government for such development and assured that the infrastructures will be helpful for them.
