{"id":25798,"date":"2016-06-03T03:14:20","date_gmt":"2016-06-03T03:14:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/south-korea-to-support-smart-rwanda-master-plan\/"},"modified":"2016-06-05T03:56:43","modified_gmt":"2016-06-05T03:56:43","slug":"south-korea-to-support-smart-rwanda-master-plan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/south-korea-to-support-smart-rwanda-master-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"South Korea to support Smart Rwanda master plan implementation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{The government of Rwanda through the Ministry of Youth and ICT has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Information Society Agency (NIA), a Republic of Korea firm, to provide support to Rwanda\u2019s information and communication technology sector through accelerating Smart Rwanda 2020 master plan implementation. } <\/p>\n<p>The Minister of Youth and ICT, Jean Philbert Nsengimana who signed on behalf of Rwanda said that the cooperation comes at a time when it is needed as Rwanda is undergoing a process of establishing Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is a good opportunity since Rwanda Information Society Authority is going to be established having already launched the cooperation. Korea\u2019s National Information Society Agency has operated for 30 years and has acquired enough experience in various domains of implementing policies of developing the country through technology.
