He was returned to Rwanda on March 19th 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Ntaganzwa was the leader of Nyakizu district in former Butare province during the 1994 genocide against Tutsi.<\/p>\n<p>He is suspected to have got involved in the preparation of genocide and killings of over 20,000 Tutsi who fled to Cyahinda parish.
