{The president of Rwandan parliament, Donatille Mukabalisa has received the president of Chinese Parliament, Zhang Dejiang who is in the country on a two day visit.}<\/p>\n
Zhang Dejiang arrived in Rwanda yesterday with a delegation of 50 persons that accompanied him in a visit aimed at improving the cooperation between China and Rwanda. They visited Kigali genocide memorial.<\/p>\n
Since 1971, Rwanda and China have been strengthening bilateral cooperation. China supports Rwanda in education, health, technology and construction sectors.<\/p>\n
After holding exclusive talks, the president of parliamentary chamber of deputies, Mukabalisa Donatille said that the visit is meant to strengthen good bilateral relations between both countries. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe cooperation between both countries has been strong for a long time. His visit will strengthen that cooperation,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
She further explained that Dejiang commended Rwanda\u2019s development pace from the ravages of war, comparing it with China\u2019s rise from poverty to becoming a world power. <\/p>\n
On his African touring leg, Dejiang has visited Zambia, Rwanda and will be in Kenya before going back to China.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
