{"id":24061,"date":"2016-03-22T00:53:29","date_gmt":"2016-03-22T00:53:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/airtel-rwanda-collaborates-with-ministry-of\/"},"modified":"2016-03-22T00:53:16","modified_gmt":"2016-03-22T00:53:16","slug":"airtel-rwanda-collaborates-with-ministry-of","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/airtel-rwanda-collaborates-with-ministry-of\/","title":{"rendered":"Airtel Rwanda collaborates with Ministry of Justice to launch \u2018Abunzi\u2019 Communication Incentive in Ngororero District"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{Airtel Rwanda in partnership with the Ministry of Justice has launched the Abunzi Communication Incentive in Ngororero District. } <\/p>\n<p>Word \u2018Abunzi\u2019translated as \u2018problem solver\u2019 \u2013 is a hybrid form of justice combining traditional with modern methods of conflict resolution and is fully integrated into Rwanda\u2019s justice system. <\/p>\n<p>Abunzi Communication Incentive is a system that enables all \u2018Abunzi\u2019 (problem solvers) across the country to communicate with each other using mobile phone Closer User Group (CUG) technology to do their work without incurring any cost while they call. <\/p>\n<p>In his opening remarks at the launch, Minister of Justice Busingye Johnston said, \u201cI thank Airtel officials for making this partnership possible. We have no doubt the communication system extended to \u2018Abunzi\u2019 will help them during their operations of at work\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs Airtel we have been very pleased to partner with the Ministry of Justice and be the bridge of communication between the \u201cAbunzi\u201d leaders across the country. We are dedicated to help them do their work easily ensuring a conflict free society\u201d, Airtel Rwanda Director of Business Enterprise Philip Onzomasaid.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are happy about the partnership between Airtel and Ministry of Justice.
