It will be attained through self engagement and collaborative efforts towards a common goal,\u201d he said.<br \/>\nPresident Kagame also requested leaders to make a good use of their capacities for common interest.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe only use 40% of our capacities and leave the remaining efforts in dormancy. We should summon all our efforts to good use.
