We pay on time to all institution that fulfill the requirements. The government has, through RSSB, paid all the debts it owed to health institutions. Arrears were paid on March 4th 2016,\u201dshe said.<\/p>\n<p>Muziganyi reassured mutuelle de sant\u00e9 subscribers of continued improvement in the delivery of services.<\/p>\n<p>The government has paid arrears to 49 hospitals across the country and RSSB has continued to remind Rwandans the importance of paying mutuelle de sant\u00e9.
