fighters in DRC forests to play a role in maintaining security of the nation especially desisting from and countering the circulation of illegal small and medium arms. } <\/p>\n<p>Harerimana made the call on Saturday during talks held with former militia of rebel movements operating in Congo forests trained in Mutobo Demobilization and Reintegration Center.<\/p>\n<p>He took them through the history of Rwanda where colonizers spread divisionism, hence uprooting Rwandan values and norms.<\/p>\n<p>The minister reminded them of the importance of security in the development of any country and asked them to play a role in countering the distribution of small and, medium arms since they put lives of Rwandans to risks.<\/p>\n<p>Repatriated Rwandans from DRC rebel forces are first rehabilitated at Mutobo Demobilization and Reintegration Center before rejoining their communties.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-10518 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\"
