The elected leaders include village administrative committees, youth committees and representatives of women, cell advisory committees and representatives of disabled people.<\/p>\n<p>The executive secretary of NEC, Charles Munyaneza said that elections were organized well in various parts of the country and is ongoing until March.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cElections are ongoing until 4th March 2016, though it\u2019s not about adult suffrage. They are indirect elections which will continue on 9th, 12th and 13th where it is expected to hold votes completing advising committees of cells,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cElections will continue at sector levels on 13th . We hope there will be a good turn up and participation. On 22nd February 2016 members of districts advisory committees will take place. They have already started campaigns,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Three representatives from every cell constitute the  sector advisory committee including representatives of nursery schools, primary schools and private investors.<br \/>\nOn Monday, every village elected seven local leaders and the two special categories representatives will be elected on 12th February 2016.<\/p>\n<p>NEC shall release all results on 4th March. Elections of mayors and their deputies will take place on 27th February while elections in Kigali city will be held on 2nd March voting the its mayor and two deputy mayors.
