{Rwanda National Police has arrested the secretary of FERWAFA, Olivier Murindahabi.}<\/p>\n

In an interview with IGIHE, the spokesperson of police, ACP Celestin Twahirwa confirmed the arrest but didn\u2019t explain the reason of arrest since the investigations are still ongoing. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt is true that he has been arrested. However we can\u2019t right now announce the cause of his arrest since it is the beginning of questioning,\u201d said ACP Celestin Twahirwa.
\nOlivier Murindahabi is detained at Remera police station.<\/p>\n
