The mayor of Rusizi district, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Harerimana, said that some projects are supported by government institutions which fail to fulfill funding obligations and jeopardize large projects. <\/p>\n
Honourable Mwiza revealed that they\u2019ll talk to government institutions concerned to assess their role in stalling such projects. <\/p>\n
