We wonder why such inaction remains yet we are always requested to pay cleaning fees,\u201d he said.\t<\/p>\n<p>Fiston Rwabukwisi, another vendor in the market also wondered why poor hygiene remains while they pay Rwf100 daily in addition to monthly taxes of Rwf 4000.<br \/>\nSome of them are worried poor hygiene will breed diseases. They requested local  leaders to address the matter.<\/p>\n<p>The mayor of Rwamagana district, Abdul Karim Uwizeyimana has said that the matter has persisted for long.
