We discovered that he was one of the deceased,\u201d Onyango said.<\/p>\n<p>So far only eight out of the 13 have been identifi ed. They include Brian Nsubuga of Kayunga, Allan Mubiru of<br \/>\nNatete, Abubaker Ssensonyia of Kawempe Kigagga Zone, Haruna Mubiru, Sula Kato, Arafat Kabonge, Richard Senyondo and<br \/>\nAbdu Wakayeli.<\/p>\n<p>One of the managers of Sports beach in Entebbe, Joseph Omuna, told one of the reporters he was celebrating a joyous day of no incidents when his staff saw bodies floating on the water.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have got reports that most of the deceased had been drunk by the time they drowned,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, the Police and marines from the UPDF had told people to leave the water after weather conditions seemed to have changed and huge waves slapped the beach shores.
