My crops are stolen all the time\u2014beans, Irish potatoes and maize,\u201d Muhabuka told members of the press recently. <\/p>\n<p>Another resident said; \u201cThieves take advantage of the lunar luminary during the night, harvest our crops and take off. Security personnel should be more agile in monitoring and ensuring total security of residents and property,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The agronomist of Gacurabwenge cell, Munezero Angelique, confirms the rampant thefts and calls on all the concerned parties to work together to completely eliminate the vise from their midst.  \u201cWe encourage citizens to employ field guards.
