She unveiled this during the meeting that brought together budget officials from ministries and  Non Governmental Organizations held in Kigali to pave ways of making the budgetary process more gender-sensitive.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe analysis related to the principle of equality in budget plan demonstrated that there is still a gap. Some ministries made efforts while others did nothing .It is therefore important to build the capacity of budget officers so they can fully appreciate and include gender-related issues in the budget,\u201d said the Minister of Gender and Family Promotion, Oda Gasinzigwa. <\/p>\n<p>She noted that the matter needs new measures adding that the training process has started. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe more efforts we put in, the more the situation will be improved. We need budget showing planned outcomes aimed at enhancing the principle of gender equality in our daily activities.
