The most affected districts are Kicukiro, Nyagatare, Gasabo, Ruhango, Huye and Kayonza , a report from the Ministry of Disaster Management and Refugee Affairs(MIDIMAR) shows.}<\/p>\n<p>MIDIMAR has revealed that two bridges of Ruhango and Ntongwe were destroyed in adding to 38 ravaged houses. In Kicukiro district 22 houses were destroyed, 18 in Nyagatare,  6 in Huye, 3 in Rubavu and 4 houses were ravaged in Gasabo district.<br \/>\nMIDIMAR argues that the destruction is also a result of old houses built with fragile construction materials.<\/p>\n<p>Rwanda Meteorology Agency has previously announced that some regions of the country will be ravaged El Ni\u00f1o, to be followed by widespread droughts.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-9536 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/en-images.igihe.com\/jpg\/inzu_yasakambuwe_n_imvura_2-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>{Heavy rains that poured across the country last week left two people dead and 91 houses in ruins.
