{Detectives are investigating the mysterious death in custody of a prisoner who was detained at Kayole Police Station in Nairobi.}<\/p>\n

Mr Daniel Onyango, 25, had on Tuesday been arrested by Administration Police officers from the Kayole District Officer\u2019s office for being drunk.<\/p>\n

He was placed in custody but was found unconscious at around 6pm on Wednesday. He was then rushed to Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.<\/p>\n

The body was on Wednesday night transferred to City Mortuary awaiting a post-mortem.<\/p>\n

At least three officers, including constables Moses Isika and Michael Kilonzo, have been questioned over the death<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, gunmen shot a watchman dead at Parklands Estate in the city as he tried to help robbery victims on Wednesday night.
\nThree armed men attacked four students at the gate of Executive Ladies\u2019 Hostels along 1st Avenue Parklands and robbed them of their valuables.
\nMr Mulei Nzovi, 55, who was guarding an apartment block along the road rushed to help the victims.<\/p>\n

He was, however, shot in the chest by the gunmen, who then escaped on foot.
\nThe guard was rushed to the nearby Avenue Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival, Gigiri OCPD Vitalis Otieno said.

\nTwoo teenagers arrested}}<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in Nairobi, two teenagers were arrested in Korogocho on Wednesday evening after they were found with a Browning pistol.<\/p>\n

Brian Otieno Oganga, 19, and Judy Mola Akinyi were set be charged in court on Thursday morning, Starehe OCPD Bernard Nyakwaka said.<\/p>\n
