{President Museveni has promised to increase funds for the National Agricultural Advisory Service (NAADs) to the tune of Shs1 trillion if Ugandans re-elect him in next year\u2019s presidential elections.}<\/p>\n

Mr Museveni, who is contesting on the National Resistance Movement ticket said \u201cdue to high demand for seedlings, at least more Shs1 trillion will be injected into the NAAds.\u201d<\/p>\n

“Prioritization has helped us solve problems which have defeated so many people,\u201d he said.
\nHe was speaking at his second rally at Kasana Grounds in Luweero District.<\/p>\n

He also promised to work out payments for veterans, explaining that “due to prioritisation, we could not do all things at the same time\u201d.<\/p>\n

“Now you hear some politicians talking of change. That they want change; change from what to what?” asked Mr Museveni.<\/p>\n

According to Mr Museveni, the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential candidate Dr Kizza Besigye can now freely campaign everywhere in the country because he (Museveni) ushered peace in Uganda.<\/p>\n

“Besigye left (NRM) in 2001, and we still had a lot of problems like Kony, ADF. He is now enjoying peace. Now Amama Mbabazi has joined the same group (Besigye). Let him go, we will continue, as usual, “he said,<\/p>\n

Mr Museveni also pledged to fight unemployment by attracting investors to set up factories in Uganda.<\/p>\n
