To Prof Barya, this will confuse the electorate. He appealed to IEC to resolve the misunderstanding.<br \/>\n\u201cAmama Mbabazi is a good politician but is very dishonest. I wrote to the Electoral Commission and they wrote back declaring me an independent aspirant. I also reserved the orange colour with them and the clock symbol and I have letters to that effect,\u201d Prof Baryamureeba said.<\/p>\n<p>However, Ms Josephine Mayanja Nkangi, Mr Mbabazi\u2019s spokesperson, yesterday said her presidential candidate\u2019s colour is tangerine orange, white and black.<br \/>\n\u201cHe should have written to Electoral Commission to sort out his colour,\u201d Ms Nkangi said.<br \/>\n{{<br \/>\nEC position}}<\/p>\n<p>IEC spokesperson, Jotham Taremwa said their concern is not colour but the symbols which will be printed on the ballot papers to represent each candidate. \u201cThe ballot papers we print are not in colours. Ours are symbols which we approve.
