Among nine people who were in, seven passed away immediately.\u201d Said Gicumbi Mayor.<br \/>\nMayor Mvuyekure said that two severely wounded have been carried to Byumba Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Mayor Mvuyekure also unveiled probable cause of the accident. \u201cMay be Police can know the truth  of the accident.
