Tuyisenge was heading home from school. After the accident, he was rushed to Gihundwe Hospital for treatment. According to an eye witness, the accident was a result of over speeding.<\/p>\n
Police Spokesperson Superintendent Theos Badege noted that careless driving and over speeding were major causes of road accidents.<\/p>\n
