Says the Spokesperson of Rwanda Correctional Service (RCA), SIP Hillary Sengabo.}} }<\/p>\n<p>During an interview with IGIHE, SIP Hillary Sengabo  said that the murder resulted from drunkard behavior shown after sharing alcoholic drink. <\/p>\n<p>The culprit confirmed that he was a friend of the deceased and attributed the killing to drunkard behavior.
