Aronda last Saturday. Rwanda stands with Uganda in this difficult time of grieving.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-8485 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/en-images.igihe.com\/jpg\/ug_r.jpg\" alt=\"Uganda\u2019s president lays a wreath of flowers on the casket of the late General Aronda Nyakairima.\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Referring to late Gen. Aronda in the letter, Kagame said the General was \u201ca humble and industrious leader.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Minister Fazil led a delegation of Rwandan officials attending late Gen. Aronda\u2019s final national prayers ceremony at Kololo grounds in Uganda\u2019s capital Kampala.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, Uganda Government announced a postmortem report revealing \u2018heart failure\u2019 as the cause of Gen.
