Police on Wednesday released Jean Bosco Mugiraneza, the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Energy Group Ltd after less than 48 hours in detention.<\/p>\n
Mugiraneza was arrested yesterday, for refusal to cooperate with the Office of Ombudsman which is investigating unlawful recruitment procedures within the institution he heads.<\/p>\n
The release comes after Mugiraneza agreed to cooperate with the investigaton and accepted to share vital documents he had said he would not share with the Office of Ombudsman.<\/p>\n
