\u201cAs we stated during\t the\toffer\t period,\twe\texpected a\t special dividend\t to\t be\t paid\tout\tas\ta\t result\t of the \tcash that was sitting\t in\tthe\taccount\tfrom\tthe\tsale of the\tMTN\ttowers. Given less\t CAPEX\texpenditure requirement,\tthe MTN\tRwanda board has reviewed\tits\tcash\tflow needs\t for\t the\t year\t and\t resolved to payout\t the\t dividend to\t its\t shareholders. As a\t result\t Crystal Telecom\t received\t 20%\t of\t the\t dividend which\t we\t will\t pass\t over\t to\t our\t shareholders.\u2019 said\t Crystal Telecom Chairman, Jack\tKayonga.<\/p>\n

The\tinitial\toffer\tperiod\t saw\tthe\tshares sold\tat\tRwf\t105\tper share.\t<\/p>\n
They\tare\tcurrently\ttrading\t on\tthe\tRwandan\tStock \tExchange at\tRwf\t126\tas\tof\tclose\tof\ttrading\ton\tTuesday 25th August.\t<\/p>\n
