He travelled to Kabale in Uganda and during night hours rustled a cattle belonging to Fred Twebaze a Ugandan national.<\/p>\n<p>Twebaze was shocked to find his cow missing in the morning hours of the following day. At that time Serugendo had already returned back Rwanda with the cow.<\/p>\n<p>When Serugendo attempted to sell the cow in Cyeru sector the next day, He failed to produce documents showing ownership. <\/p>\n<p>He was later arrested by traders who suspected foul play. Serugendo was later taken by traders to Rusarabuye Police station.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile Twebaze (Photo Below) got information that his cow had been rustled into Rwanda.
