The graduation ceremony was held on August 30, 2026, in Ankara, bringing together graduates from the two military academies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The four Rwandans are Byiringiro Arnauld, Cyizere Prince, Mbanzabugabo Daniel and Mugabe Robert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the completion of their military training, they were commissioned with the rank of Second Lieutenant by the President of the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The graduation ceremony was attended by Rwanda\u2019s Ambassador to T\u00fcrkiye, Lt Gen (Rtd) Charles Kayonga, and the Defence Attach\u00e9 at the Rwandan Embassy, Colonel JP Rulisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The graduation is part of Rwanda\u2019s efforts to strengthen the skills and capabilities of its military personnel through professional military education and training programmes in different countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
