The European representatives were barred from joining the discussions and remained at a hotel, the report said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The British delegation was seeking to learn about the outcome of the meeting, it said, noting that representatives from Germany, France and Italy were also closely following the talks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, the negotiations were difficult and full of challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
