He was charged with kidnapping and aggravated battery.<\/p>\n<p>Both men will be held at the Fayette County jail until an initial court appearance and bond hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Ross, 39, was arrested on June 10 after a traffic stop and charged with marijuana possession, a misdemeanor.
