This was announced during a Thursday national meeting which involved officials of Rwanda Correctional Service (RCS) and chaired by Minister Sheih Harerimana.<\/p>\n
RCS was hailed for the achievements made since it was established in July last year. The minister urged the prisons authorities to observe the laws. <\/p>\n
