On her Instagram she said, \u201cHe took the country far towards development. He can take it further if allowed. HE Paul Kagame is the leader Rwanda still needs. I don’t see any reason of not giving ourselves more chances to changes by giving him more time to lead us to a brighter future\u201d.<\/p>\n
