He was speaking during a major investment conference in South Africa.<\/p>\n
\u201cRwanda, Ethiopia and Mozambique are examples of better governance and where economic and investment opportunities are very clear,\u201d said Blair.<\/p>\n
He added, \u201cRwanda is a well-run country.\u201d<\/p>\n
Blair is scheduled to visit the $23.7 million Rwamagana solar power plant, located near the Agahozo Shalom Youth Village in the Eastern Province.<\/p>\n
