There was also a fall for neighbours Kenya who are now ranked 117th from 116th last month.<\/p>\n
Tanzania and Ethiopia rose one slot each to 104th and 109th respectively while Rwanda remains the best ranked nation in the CECAFA region in number 68th.<\/p>\n
Algeria tops the rankings in Africa and are number 18th in the world followed by Tunisia (22), Cote d\u2019Voire (28), Senegal (35) and Ghana (37).<\/p>\n
There was no change in the first top 45 slots in the world something attributed to lack of international football in December.<\/p>\n
