Badege highlighted that accident took place in Kinyanda area located in Gakenke sector after which the driver failed to stop the bus alleged to have been over speeding. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe are aware that the breaks got loose that\u2019s why the bus overturned when he tried to stop, but we\u2019re yet to get more details from the driver when he recovers,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
