The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Louise Mushikiwabo via her twitter Account announced that the Government will cover the cost and it is in touch with Rwandan Embassy in USA.<\/p>\n
The Minister Tweeted \u201cGov of Rwanda will cover cost, in touch with family in Kigali & Embassy personnel in Texas. It’s least we can do!\u201d<\/p>\n
As a background a group of 8 Rwandans were involved in a car accident in which one of them died on the spot while others were seriously injured on Sunday morning in Dedford, Texas.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile a Rwandan man Vivence Bugilimfura is accused of drunken driving in a fiery crash Sunday in Bedford that killed 21-year-old Lynker Kabera and injured seven other passengers in his van and he was arrested on a charge of intoxication manslaughter.<\/p>\n
