President tells new cabinet appointees."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p><strong>President Paul <span data-scaytid=\"1\" data-scayt_word=\"Kagame\">Kagame<\/span>, May 10, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of eight newly appointed cabinet ministers at Parliamentary Buildings in Kigali.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In his remarks immediately after the function&nbsp;; President <span data-scaytid=\"2\" data-scayt_word=\"Kagame\">Kagame<\/span> called upon the new ministers to work tirelessly and enhance positive gains for the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith great performance, Rwandan society will reach sustainable development and poor performing will lead to poor development which will bring a bad image to the nation,\u201d <span data-scaytid=\"3\" data-scayt_word=\"Kagame\">Kagame<\/span> cautioned.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of State appealed to the ministers to commit themselves and use extraordinary efforts in serving the citizens as required, adding that they should produce extra results compared to what is expected out of them. <span data-scaytid=\"4\" data-scayt_word=\"Kagame\">Kagame<\/span> wished the new ministers the best in their new duties.<\/p>\n<p>The new ministers that were sworn in included Dr. Agnes <span data-scaytid=\"5\" data-scayt_word=\"Binagwaho\">Binagwaho<\/span>, the new Minister of Health, <span data-scaytid=\"6\" data-scayt_word=\"Aloysia\">Aloysia<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"7\" data-scayt_word=\"Inyumba\">Inyumba<\/span>, the State Minister in Prime Minister\u2019s office in charge of Gender and Family Promotion, <span data-scaytid=\"8\" data-scayt_word=\"Francoise\">Francoise<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"9\" data-scayt_word=\"Kanimba\">Kanimba<\/span>, (Trade and Industry)&nbsp;; Pierre Damien <span data-scaytid=\"10\" data-scayt_word=\"Habumuremyi\">Habumuremyi<\/span>, (Education Minister) and Albert <span data-scaytid=\"11\" data-scayt_word=\"Nsengiyumva\">Nsengiyumva<\/span> (Infrastructure).<\/p>\n<p>Others were <span data-scaytid=\"12\" data-scayt_word=\"Venantia\">Venantia<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"13\" data-scayt_word=\"Tugireyezu\">Tugireyezu<\/span>, the Minister in the President\u2019s office&nbsp;;
