{HEADS of state will start arriving this morning in readiness for viewing of late President Sata\u2019s body at State House this afternoon, Minister of Foreign Affairs Harry Kalaba has said.}<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have put in place all the logistics in place for all the heads of state and other dignitaries that start arriving tomorrow [this morning], \u201c he said.<\/p>\n
Madagascar President Heri Rajaonarimampianina last week confirmed attendance of late President Sata\u2019s state funeral, bringing the total number of heads of state coming to the procession to nine.<\/p>\n
Mr Kalaba said that South Africa\u2019s Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa together with minister of International Relations and Cooperation Maite Emily Nkoana-Mashabane will also be present during the burial.<\/p>\n
Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) President Joseph Kabila; Hifikepunya Pohamba of Namibia and Kenya\u2019s Uhuru Kenyatta are also coming.<\/p>\n
Others are Uganda\u2019s Yoweri Museveni, Paul Kagame of Rwanda, Mozambique\u2019s Armando Emilio Guebuza and Malawi\u2019s Peter mutharika.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
