{The Rwanda National Police has appointed Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Celestin Twahirwa as the new Commissioner for Public Relations and Media as well as Police Spokesperson.}<\/p>\n
CSP Twahirwa, who has just returned from a peacekeeping mission in Darfur, where he served as Sector Commander, is a lawyer by profession and served in various capacities in Rwanda National Police.<\/p>\n
He also attained various career professional courses, the recent being the Senior Command and Staff Course he attended in Ghana.<\/p>\n
He replaces Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Damas Gatare, who has been transferred to head the department of Community Policing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
