{The rebels of the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) have finally agreed to go to Kisangani, to be stationed there. } <\/p>\n
This was revealed to the Press on Wednesday, Nov. 5 by the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nation in charge of military operations in the DRC.<\/p>\n
FDLR decision is viewed positively by many observers, that it would be a step towards the normalization of the security situation in the provinces of North and South Kivu. <\/p>\n
If the timing of cantonment of the FDLR in the outskirts of Kisangani goes as planned, a new wind of peace could finally breathe on the provinces of North and South Kivu.<\/p>\n
