{Father Wenceslas Munyeshyaka has sued a French Television after it aired the show in which Munyeshyaka is asserted of the role in the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi.}<\/p>\n

Munyeshyaka is a Rwandan Priest suspected of Genocide crimes committed in Rwanda.<\/p>\n

Munyeshya said the TV should have obeyed the presumption of Innocence throughout the documentary Film.<\/p>\n

The TV documentary in question was broadcast on April 13, 2014 and it was dedicated in part to the asserted role played by the clergyman in the Rwandan genocide.<\/p>\n

A hearing was held Wednesday, October 15 in Paris as a result of a complaint filed by the priest Wenceslas Munyeshyaka against France 3 TV Journalists Mathieu Sarfati and Jean-Pascal Bublex. <\/p>\n

The court will determine whether the turn of the story was defamatory on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014.<\/p>\n

Father Wenceslas Munyeshyaka has already been the subject of an international arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR).<\/p>\n

He also was sentenced in absentia to life imprisonment in 2006 by a Rwandan court.<\/p>\n

The ICTR requires the priest to be tried in France by a criminal court. His case is under investigation.<\/p>\n
