The accused are Cassien Ntamuhanga, Jean Paul Dukuzumuremyi, Agnes Niyibizi and Kizito Mihigo. <\/p>\n
They are accused of a litany of charges including treason and the creation of a criminal gang.<\/p>\n
On Friday Kizito made the motion to the court after his co-defendants have asked the court to postpone to a later trial session of their cases arguing that they are not ready for the trial.<\/p>\n
Some showed they had not lawyers to defend them, while others had not yet studied their records. Meanwhile, Kizito admitted ready for trial.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, his request was rejected by the Court saying that Kizito could not be tried alone because their case was linked. <\/p>\n
