{The Congolese Refugee Commission has said it repatriated 711 Rwandan refugees between 1st August and 30 September this year. } <\/p>\n
The commission said in its statement that among the returnees there are forty-seven (47) men two hundred and sixty-five (265) women, one hundred and seventy-six (176) boys and two hundred and three (213) girls. <\/p>\n
According to the information got from Rwanda News Agency these returnees are from the sites of Mweso, Masisi, Nyanzale, Kalengera and Kiwanja in Rutshuru territory (North -Kivu), in addition to the site of Kalungu and Kalehe territory (South Kivu). <\/p>\n
This year, from January 1 to September 30, three thousand five hundred and thirty (3530) Rwandan refugees regrouped in 1503 households were repatriated on a voluntary basis and in accordance with humanitarian principles, says the statement of Congolese Refugee Commission.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
